Didn’t miss a thing. People say “I don’t know anything about the W” like it’s a badge of honor, but when I point out that you must not know **** about the NBA either if you don’t know who Sabrina is, that’s when people start getting defensive. You continue to swing and miss and swing and miss, ad infinitum.
The point, which you seem to just not understand, is CC is the most popular female basketball player on the planet, possibly of all basketball players. I have not watched an NBA game in years and during a conversation at lunch today, we realized none of us could name a single current NBA player. But we have all heard of and know who CC is.
With regards to the video link you posted, why? I could care less about either of them. But I know who CC is. And if for some reason I did chose to watch a game because of her participation, it is likely I will pickup on some of the other players and an appreciation for the game. Me and millions of others who otherwise give a rat’s ass about it.
You claim to know something about marketing, but apparently the chapters on the value of publicity were skipped.
How did you go from the below about “hating CC because she’s straight and white” to the above rambling BS about how no one is allowed to be fans lmaoI don’t know what the nimrod is trying to prove. That only the 50,000 people who cared about the WNBA before CC are allowed to be fans? No one who is curious about the girl is allowed to watch? Heck, he’s right about one thing: have no clue why he does not understand the marketing value of CC.
Sabrina Ionescu is white and straight and popular with players across the league, even for a dumbass like Travis this is a really stupid take
The discussion wasn’t whether Sabrina is more popular than Caitlin, it was whether Clark is “hated for being straight and white” which is very stupid for many reasons, including that Sabrina is straight and whiteShe is popular to a point but nothing like Caitlin Clark. Everyone knows Caitlin Clark…. Only WNBA fans and some NBA fans know Sabrina.
She is hated bc she is so popular and white. I don’t think she would be getting the same treatment if she was a black athlete. I don’t really think sexual orientation has anything to do with it.The discussion wasn’t whether Sabrina is more popular than Caitlin, it was whether Clark is “hated for being straight and white” which is very stupid for many reasons, including that Sabrina is straight and white
She clocked her. And she was super salty in the postgame. She went for the ball and that quote wasn’t about Clark at all, the coverage of this is f***ing disgusting
She clocked her. And she was super salty in the postgame.
She’s lamenting missed calls, and then drops the “I guess some people got a special whistle”. Who/What is she talking about there then?
