The Fever were getting a lot of calls in the second half. Could be about Clark, could be about the Fever in general, could be about post players who aren’t rookies and get some of those calls that Reese didn’t. Either way I think the coverage is a bit muchOf course it’s gonna be talked about.
It was Angel Reese that clocked her. She has a role to play in this (other than the hack).
She has spoken out on this before. She spoke again after this. Who was she referring to?
You’re dug in. Ok.The Fever were getting a lot of calls in the second half. Could be about Clark, could be about the Fever in general, could be about post players who aren’t rookies and get some of those calls that Reese didn’t. Either way I think the coverage is a bit much
I don’t think it has much if anything to do with the flagrant foul that it keeps being placed into graphics (and your post) with. In the context of the game that foul wasn’t really controversial or a pivotal momentYou’re dug in. Ok.
She’s clearly talking about Caitlin.
It’s clearly being overblown by the shock jocks.
But ok.
Both of the statements I made in the post you quoted here can be true.I don’t think it has much if anything to do with the flagrant foul that it keeps being placed into graphics (and your post) with. In the context of the game that foul wasn’t really controversial or a pivotal moment
That’s what I was talking about, though: you (like everyone) mentioned her postgame in the same breath as the flagrant foul as if it’s proof of intention, when the contact was unintentional and her frustration was with the second half whistle not being in the Sky’s favor (presumably on plays that were actually questionable calls/no-calls unlike that one)Both of the statements I made in the post you quoted here can be true.
She wasn’t talking about the Fever in general, or some other unnamed player. She was talking about Caitlin.
You’re mad about the coverage. I get it.
I never said the quote was “proof of intention”.That’s what I was talking about, though: you (like everyone) mentioned her postgame in the same breath as the flagrant foul as if it’s proof of intention, when the contact was unintentional and her frustration was with the second half whistle not being in the Sky’s favor (presumably on plays that were actually questionable calls/no-calls unlike that one)
To be fair, mascots get away with stuff no player is allowed to do.I never said the quote was “proof of intention”.
I said it’s obvious she was talking about Caitlin in the quote. And it is.
But if you want to maintain she could have been talking about the mascot or something, that’s certainly your prerogative.
Whether or not you said it, that’s the implication when you put a flagrant foul and a postgame comment that likely have nothing to do with each other in the same breath. Most people who do that ARE saying it, including probably whoever you heard it fromI never said the quote was “proof of intention”.

So you’re just making up positions for people on this?Whether or not you said it, that’s the implication when you put a flagrant foul and a postgame comment that likely have nothing to do with each other in the same breath. Lol… Reese clocks her upside the head. Gets rightfully called for a Flagrant.
“I guess some people got a special whistle”
- Angel Reese
Soooo salty
You said “proof of intent”. Which is absurd. I never said that.Saying that these things have nothing to do with each other and that the implication that they do is incredibly disingenuous is not “making up a position” for anyone.
Her quote wasn’t about the flagrant and “rightfully” followed by the special whistle thing directly implies otherwise
