I'm not sure if Justin Gatlin is capable of beating Usain Bolt; it might just not possible for him physically.

Announcer was caught up in the moment I'm sure. Bolt is a freak of nature (and a truly class act from everything reported). But not an athlete in the same class as Ali or Phelps.
