I’ve griped about his poor shooting on numerous nights, but can’t fault his consistent effort and hustle. Glad to see he had a big game tonight.I think this game might have just put UNC on the 1 seed. If not, something is wrong with the requirements if they're still considering Arizona.
Seeing Cormac Ryan having a career game was a big plus.
Total bitch move. I’m sick of just about everything about him. Sick of his body language, sick of seemingly lack of motivation.
Congratulations to the Heels on the sweep. They had an answer for everything
I’m starting to wonder if Hubert is going to become the Kiffin of the basketball portal. They clearly have brought in some guys w/ Manek, Ingram and Cormac who have been the difference between success and not making the tournament. It’ll be interesting to see how they keep building.
There’s something that has progressively gotten worse w/ him throughout the season. His attitude, his body language, his situational awareness and sometimes his lack of basketball IQ have all been a big part of why Duke has not met expectations thus far. I talked to a guy today who has who some pretty good connections in the program and he pretty much alluded to the idea there has been some chemistry issues on the squad at times. Filipowski is playing out of position. He’s not a 5, but you still adjust as a player and play the role that’s asked of you. I’m pretty certain that he’s moping bc he’s not playing his normal position and he’s being the biggest problem on the team. Even before the tripping thing w/ Ingram I texted people that the team is obviously playing harder when he was out of the game. Duke made a run w/ him out and then they ran everything through him in the second half. Everything. Pissed me off.Idk what’s worse: tripping Ingram intentionally OR trying to sell your knee being “hurt” again.
GTHOH Flop you’re an embarrassment.
So he's pretty much being a spoiled brat. You definitely have to adapt if you're out of position. He's too talented to cost the team due to his antics. That's coming from a Carolina fan. I just hate seeing immaturity factor into losses just as much as being out coached or played. There’s something that has progressively gotten worse w/ him throughout the season. Well all 3 of those things played into Duke’s loss yesterday. So he's pretty much being a spoiled brat. You definitely have to adapt if you're out of position. I’m an upper East Tennessee kid. But got the same treatment. I’d argue it was even better. We would watch the ACC and SEC tourneys
I grew up in Durham, but my family is from the Tri-Cities. We still visit every year. Love it there.I also grew up in upper east Tennessee, and I would have loved that. That sounds like fun.
