no, what bothers me is this thread has been hijacked.
libs,voting,ect. please stay within the lines Please!!!
if you have any doubt simply look up at the header and if what your view is isnt a match, please dont post it, youre only giving someone else a chance to keep dragging things around that has nothing to do with the thread! if you dont feed them they will go away.:) this also works with all threads.:clapping:

TMZ was in Knoxville. They are continuing to investigate the story. While I was with one of my sources, TMZ called no less than 10 times.

I agree. I am afraid that if he did something wrong here, then we'll be guilty as well.
As much as I am disgusted by this guy, I hope there isn't any bit of a Tiger Woods type story here. That would ruin his family, and those kids don't deserve that. Also Layla is too pretty to cry!
I don't want the guy's life ruined. I would just like to see him win 7 games at USC a few years in a row, and then get fired, and have to take a job like the OC job for Colorado State.

Layla ain't all that..... Other than that we're in total agreement. Let USC deal with the Tazmanian Devil that is "X".....If the USC gig doesn't work out I believe his coaching career (as an HC anyway...) is for all intents and purposes toast.... I would sleep soundly in that knowledge BTW.....

You seem to be inferring that some USC grads / students / supporters have infected and, "crashed" the VolQuest message boards, and that the users of this site (or others) are in danger of a similiar suffering, as they have or are intending to commit a similiar act here, at VolNation?

Freak - Given HatTrojan's veiled threat / warning that USC hackers may use this site as a medium to either crash this site or to infect our personal computers, should we be concerned with its continued use? Can you offer some assurances that such cannot or will not occur, if we do? And lastly, with friends like this.......wow.

I sense that this whole dirt-seeking thing is going to end with a wimper. Just too many people would have had to be quiet to suppress the drunk/car accident/co-ed/condo thing.

Now, the effort to steal away some of UT's recruits? That seems like it will come out and they will at least look really awful. Not sure what the NCAA would do with that. It is unseemly, though -- if coaches are changing jobs in January they'll always have this problem if they don't do something about it.

Dang what a day, I have to agree with a gator.. You people are making us sound like jilted girlfriends.

No way in a town like Knoxville where the local press has been on x's tail since day one publishing any and all dirt (i.e. blowing secondary violations up to watergate level scandal) could all of this been swept under the rug for this long.

Sounds to me likethere are a few people in Ktown who can answer with pics and video evidence, and they have gone underground. I'm thinking of one who is always on the radio, but conspicuously quiet this week.

I am pretty sure that "ignorance of the law" and "publishing disclaimers" do not protect organizations who publish false info, or even spoof material, from legal responsibility and repercussions from that.

Of course, not being a lawyer, I do not possess the intellectual capability necessary to understand the many intricate complexities of case law.
