No, it's not a big deal, but I find it interesting that the university gave him and his Dad loaner cars without them ever getting a valid TN driver's license.

I also think it's interesting that he has been involved in two confirmed vehicular accidents, and he still never got a valid license.

You are the type of folks that are the reason the rest of the nation thinks Tennessee fans are knee-jerk reactionary rednecks fit only to be laughed at..... If that's how you want it then by all means keep on with your vitriol...... I'd rather spend my energy supporting the coaches we DO have than vilifying the ones we don't have......

You worry what other people think about you way too much. If you don't want to listen to any of the news coming out about Kiffin, then don't, but you don't have to be a condescending jackass to everyone that does. I personally hope everything Kiffin has done becomes public, and ruins his career. That doesn't make me a "knee-jerk reactionary hilljack," it just makes me want bad things to happen to bad people. It shouldn't bother you that much.

I'm really bothered by the way our students have been portrayed. If this had happened at Berkley in support of Greenpeace, it would have been called a protest. Because it happened at UT as a show of support for our student athletes, it's called a riot. It was NOT a riot, it was a protest. In fact, MH said he might have joined them if he had been in town, if you remember.

EB will not be filing any suits. There is no apartment supplied by boosters that I have been able to substantiate, HOWEVER, there WAS a house...more on that to come. There was also a cabin in Gatlinburg, a hottub, and for all I know there may be a pic or two, but there were NO coeds at the cabin...it was a guy trip, and yes, I know who was there. If there were girls on that trip, it was random chics picked up on the trip, but again, doubtful. Is there a story? Something that is being kept quiet? Yes. What's the story?...All I can say is stay tuned, I'm still talking to the major players.

And BTW, I spoke with TMZ today. They are officially off the story, because they have been following on my tail :) The exact phrase Ryan at TMZ Sports used was "you own the Kiffin story...keep us posted"

The only thing illegal that I have been able to uncover would be drunk driving on SEVERAL occasions. I have not been able to verify any police cover ups, but I do have eye witnesses to the drunk driving. The things I am finding out have more to do with character and ethics. It should come as no surprise that he has none. Could it be scandalous? Let's just say not at the Tiger Woods level...
