Madrid, barca, city, united, bayern. That's not based on this year alone or European play, just who I feel are top 5 currently or recently have been.
Honorable mention to inter, chelsea, Dortmund for play either recently past or recently seen.
I mean we could go way back and start throwing ajax, juve, etc. but I'll stand by my top 5 clubs in Europe at this very moment in time.
Anyone who claims united is the yankees of soccer is completely clueless (regarding cheering against them). If you want to cheer against someone like the yankees then cheer against city who have spent probably a billion dollars in the last two years on players. They're the Yankees, not united. Don't hold it against MU because they are a historically successful club. They have been successful not because of money, but because of talent, drive, and desire for success. City and their oil money make me sick.

Chelsea needs to lose so tottenham makes the cl.
And watching the arsenal game yesterday, the goalie for west brom was definitely paid off. What a joke that guy was.
I guess have mls to look forward to as well... Only really care about watching Becks though.
give mls a shot, outside of new york and galaxy. Much of it is just honest grassroots football. the low quality of play can be infuriating and entertaining all at once. But theres no prawn sandwiches to be found anywhere
I do enjoy watching teams from the northwest, especially Sounders and Timbers. Their fans and stadium atmosphere almost give me reason enough to travel that way just to watch a match.
I'm over my bitterness today. City had a tremendous season, and united did not help themselves down the stretch, so a toast to the victors (just not kompany and his alien head).
At least have CL final to look forward too, then transfers! Hoping Kagawa makes the move to old trafford. I'd like to see another midfielder as well and I'll be ecstatic. Also fire sale Berbs and sell Nani and replace with another winger and I'll be beyond ecstatic.
