United in crisis.

As much as I enjoy seeing United start the season off with a loss, the season might be a bit more enjoyable if they're near top form. I'd rather them not win the title, but if United have a bad year, City may just walk away with it. I imagine we may never again see the drama of the final weeks and certainly not the final day of last season, but I don't want somebody to have the title sewn up in mid-April either.

I think United will be fine. This is not how we wanted to start season, but we have 37 more rounds to play. Have to be more creative. And please, Fergie...sell Nani!
 
Looks like Kyiv will be the first to qualify for the CL this season. M.Gladbach would need to win at least 3-0 in Kiev to qualify.
