Congrats on getting Neymar. I'm assuming he's going to play LW for you?

Looks like Lewandowski to Bayern is all but official now with Heynckes hinting at it and his agent practically saying. A lot of Bayern fans don't want this since many, myself included, think that we are fine at striker even though Mandzukic isn't really world class. Also, this further enhances our rep as poachers.

What's it matter if you keep winning? Mandzukic is a fine player, but Lewandowski is world class.

Neymar will play LW, that would be my guess. Allows him to cut in on his right foot.

I think Alexis is solid on the other side. We would then have Pedro and Tello to rotate in with Deulofeu getting minutes in garbage games.

Honestly, we really need to add a solid CB that won't cost a ridiculous amount of money. I like Marquinhos. He's really young though.

I'm concerned about upsetting team chemistry. Im warming to the idea of Lewandowski even though that probably means Gomez is sold. Gotze is a great player but two out of Kroos, Muller, and Robben will have to sit.

Pep is going to ship Robben, and possibly Muller. The choice at the top is realistically Lewandowski vs Gomez, and it's an easy decision.

Soooo, how nasty is Bayern going to be with the additions of Goetze and Lewandowski?

They have weaknesses like any other team and are beatable. But I have to say they have a formidable squad. The likes of Barca, Madrid, Man United and Chelsea have promising squads that will challenge next season. Also watch out for PSG in the Champions League next season.

Current Manchester United transfer rumours are:

Cesc Fabregas - I don't see it happening.

Thiago Alcantara - Up to the player but a distinct possibility.

Kevin Strootman - Will happen if we bid IMO.

Marouane Fellaini - Seems like an insurance option to me.

Robert Lewandowski - Dependant on the Rooney situation but I think Dortmund would be more willing to sell to us as opposed to Bayern.

I could see Robben, despite the finals goal. But Muller is a Bayern youth product, national team mainstay, and a fan favorite. I can't see the board allowing that to happen.

Daily mail reporting Barcelona will be willing to let Fabergas leave as long as someone meets the 25 million asking price. Both Manchester teams are after him, Arsenal has dibs on him though if they want since that was included in the deal that sent him to Barcelona.

I know Arsenal put in a sell-on clause of around 50% but I don't think they have first refusal on him. In any case I don't think he is leaving Barca. Tancredi Palmeri tweeted that he is staying at Barca and Guillem Balague is also adamant that Cesc is going nowhere.

Thiago Alcantara seems the more likely to leave with his £15 million buy-out clause. United seem to want him pretty badly but it is up to the player.

If there's one characteristic that Pep doesn't go for, it's holding on to the ball too long. That's certainly Robben, but I have a hard time seeing Muller get on in Peps system.

Also I think Fellaini would be a great signing for Man U. Continuity for Moyes, and a move to the back but still a goal threat for Fellaini. Nothing not to like there.

No doubt. I've seen many a counter killed by Robben holding onto the ball when he had passing options.

It remains to be seen if Pep adapts to the personnel he has or if he tries to create the German Barca.

ESPN reported a few days ago that Bayern were a week or two away from having Lewandowski. I don't know if that's changed.

I think it's going to happen. Heynckes hinted strongly at it post final, and Lewandowski's agent came out and said so in Poland. Now it could just be negotiating ploys trying to get a better deal from United. Who knows. It's hard for me to see Dortmund selling to Bayern willingly.

Would Bayern sell Gomez if they got Lewandowski?

I've heard nothing recently on United and CR7. I hope it still happens.

Suarez said today he'd be hard-pressed to reject a move to Real Madrid.

Falcao and Carvalho to Monaco is official. Adibal now being linked as well.

Could Monaco gain promotion and a league title within a calendar year?
