Man City have a game in hand, and it's a home game with Villa. Assuming they follow through and get the three points they should, that pulls them level and they have an insurmountable lead on damn. Chelsea pretty much handed the title to City today. I guess there's a chance they drop points at Everton next Saturday, but it's unlikely.

They're two ahead of Chelsea, who are actually in 2nd, but the key is than Man City have that game in hand on both.

Exactly. City will walk to the finish. Sickening that it was Gerrard with the error. Really wanted to see him go out with a BPL title.

I'm worried this was probably his last good chance. They'll obviously have more money to upgrade next years team thanks to qualifying for CL, however, they benefitted greatly from the lighter schedule to get them to this point this season and it'll be much tougher playing a full European schedule.

Bayern have been in so somewhat rough waters for a bit, but real Madrid is really just that good. Hoping for an all Madrid cl final, but Chelsea would make for an interesting storyline as well, Mou vs the old club and all

would be interesting like last year with the two german sides in the final


Didn't watch the game but damn, bayern losing 5-0 on aggregate is not even clost to what I was thinking would happen at all. thought it would be really tight

Bayern has been in a two month slump now. We get lots of possession but that's totally pointless if you can't score.
