Pep out at Bayern at the end of the year, to be replaced by Carlo Ancelotti. Pep has definitely made improvements to the team but he's always seemed like a restless person who's looking for new challenges. He'll probably end up going to City, that's the speculation anyway, but he's a hard guy to peg down. Im perfectly happy with Ancelotti coming in.

At this point I'm OK not qualifying for any Europe games next year. I'm not saying go out and tank. If we win out and qualify, great. But I'd be ok letting Klopp work with a slimmed down schedule in his first full year.

Allowing the winner to qualify for the next year's CL has added immensely to the intrigue of the competition. Also, they should be excited. They absolutely demolished a Spanish side that's already qualified for CL. Seems like a pretty decent accomplishment to me.
