Love the Avatar. Bayern ended before the winter break good by beating up on Stuttgart who is 17th. Gonna be hard in the next CL round vs Milan.
Agreed. Watched the match live yesterday on the Xbox (ESPN3 is about the only place I've been able to watch consistent matches).
They're starting to look like the Bayern of last year, even though their defense is still suspect. There are rumors that they are going to address GK and maybe one of the backs. Tymo belongs in midfield. They could certainly improve on Contento and Bruno and van Buyten has been playing horribly.
Wasn't a bad weekend. Dortmund lost. Not that Bayern can catch them, but we can hope.
Champions League draw for the round of 16. lol at Arsenal.
Roma Shakhtar Donetsk
AC Milan Spurs
Valencia Schalke 04
Inter Bayern Munich lol milan
Lyon Real Madrid
Arsenal Barcelona
Marseille Manchester United
Copenhagen Chelsea
I will be shocked if Arsenal eliminate Barca. Makes me giddy thinking about our front line going at Squillacci, Koscielny, and Clichy. Well depending when Vermaelen gets healthy.
Fun match to watch Bayern's win over Stuttgart. It's fun seeing Muller playing well again, out there making plays. I don't hold out much hope for the Bundesliga, but if they can get past Milan, they can have some success in the Champion's League.
For some reason, I have never bought into the Bayern hype. Maybe it's because I dont watch alot of Bundesliga. But they struck gold last year with the Robben volley in a game where they were totally outplayed and then got a down Lyon team in the semifinals.

They're hyped because of players like Schweinsteiger, Ribery, Muller, Robben, etc. They've had a tough first half of the season this year, but they've also had a lot of injuries. And it happens all the time that teams get outplayed and still win. Sometimes it works for you, sometimes against.
When Bayern is clicking on all cylinders, they are Barca quality.
