Minimal impact in my experience. If you aren’t going to GameDay it could help you. On a normal day you don’t have something corralling people for hours before the game.I'm gonna be in Norman and my thought was "Yes, Gameday is going to be there." but then I realized that's probably not good for me. I don't think I want any part of those festivities and it probably just makes logistics more inconvenient?
Yes on people flow but they typically claim a prime tailgating / landmark area and essentially make it off limits.
