The Bama INT returned for a "TD" against SC....

I'm just embarrassed that a Bama fan asked a vol fan if he even watched the game and then continues to recount something that happened in the Arky game as if it happened in the Bama game.

An embarrassment??

YES I AM! LOL! Sorry Birmingham but I was getting the Arky play mixed up in my head. My wife tells me my memory stinks all the time. LOL! Sorry to the OP and everyone else.

Oh BTW he WAS 3 steps into the end zone and he flipped the ball aside:

he still clearly recovered it in the endzone. Do you want it ruled a fumble for a TD? Great, it was a fumble recovered for a TD instead of an int returned for a TD. Really glad you cleared that up for everyone

What are you talking about? It WAS NOT reviewed. Or at least there was NO mention of it being reviewed from the telecasted version.

Are you still thinking I'm talking about the Ark/FL game?

Your title doesn't make any sense, so I thought I would add something to it that we could actually have something to discuss. If you watched the game you could easily see the Alabama player fell on the ball in the endzone.

I'm the same way Rev, lol. Thanks for the video post. Clearly a TD.

Did you see the snap shots I posted? It was not "clearly" a TD.

It might have been a TD, IMO, it wasn’t but the point of this thread was to show a questionable play went un-reviewed and I’m hoping the same doesn’t happen in the UT/AL game.

Where'd you get the snapshots? They're not accurate is why I ask. In the snapshots the ball falls to the ground, in the video the ball is flipped up. Give me 42 seconds on Photoshops and I can make the ball turn into a Honduran child. Post the rest of the pictures not just those two.

What in those pictures makes you think he's let go of the ball? Show the rest of it.

In the first picture the ball is out of his hands and clearly not in the end zone. Barron is, but the ball appears to be dropped just before. The second picture is of him starting to let go of the ball before he enters the endzone.

Watch the video for yourself.

The video's already been posted in this thread. It does not back up your pictures.

lol, they're not photoshops.... I went to sec digital network watched the play and paused it at those two moments. The ball is dropped and then it's kicked by the AL player running just behind barron. Watch the play on SEC digital network.... I have nothing to hide. It's all right there...

Alright, I just ran a clip by clip. Apologies to OP in that it was far closer than I had thought. what appears to be him flipping the ball 3 steps into the endzone is the ball kicking up off his foot. He dropped the ball right at the goal line. Possibly a TD, Possibly not. What I know for certain is that there wouldn't have been enough evidence to overturn the TD call if it had been reviewed.

What a GREAT attitude for us to go into the game with.
"I sure hope the refs do not beat us"

This thread is a FAIL!

That would be far more interesting than this circular discussion here, and would save thread. I encourage you to see what you can do!
