Patrick Mahomes has made the Super Bowl 5 times, won it 3 times and won a playoff game every year he has started, and he still ain’t halfway to Brady for all time playoff wins lol

@Carp where should @raw dog eat in the Boro?

I graduated in 2009, so It's been a hot minute since I've lived in the Boro.. Even when I was there, it was the usual college student spots like Camino Real, Toots, Sir Pizza, Slick Pig, etc. I've only visited maybe a couple times a year since I graduated.

When we do go back, we generally hit up The Chop House, which is very good, but a chain restaurant nonetheless.

Murfreesboro is just chain restaurant city these days tbh and most of the originals have closed down.

Toots, Far East, Slick Pig, Marinas, and Klear-Vu are all about all that's left.

When Brady was 29, it looks like he had 12 playoff wins. Mahomes just got his 17th...

If he stays healthy, he'll break it. Brady even had a "lull" (by his standards) in the middle of his career in terms of playoff wins. From 2009-13, he "only" won 4 playoff games. Mahomes could also experience something like that and still be on pace, probably.

We were always a clean Jims crew. Rarely ventured over to dirty Jims.

But mostly, we were a Handlebar crew. Paid the light bill on that place about 10x over. We were there probably 2-3 times a week. Best breakfast buffett you ever had started around like 3:30 am.

Me, my brother, and my sister all lived in middle TN at on one point. When our parents came into town, we used to loved going to Omni Hut. Sad that it closed down.

Not to discredit him but I’m very curious what happens when Reid/Spags steps down and how effective he becomes, especially if rumors are true Nagy is the one they are grooming to take over

This might be an incredibly stupid hot take, but I wonder if they'll miss Spags retiring more than Andy. That isn't to discredit Andy; he's one of the greatest NFL head coaches of all time, but so much of what they do is based off of Mahomes's wizardry that I'm not sure can be taught. It seems forever ago now, but Andy was 100% an "almost, but not quite" coach until he got Mahomes, and even then they still lost twice to Brady.

Other than Chris Jones and Trent McDuffie, what awesome players does KC have on their D? It seems like that defense is almost always more than the sum of their parts, which is probably Spags's coaching.
