Their still pretending the nation is divided.....sot so much.....just the MSM narrative...

The old names will be forgotten. As soldiers train at Ft Moore, the names of those who sought to wage war against this great nation will be forgotten.Pretty stupid move renaming all these places. I did Basic at Ft Benning and that's the end of it, and I expect almost every vet feels the same way. Pop up one of the new names and nobody (without current connections or not living near the base) will have a clue what you are talking about ... or care less because those places are still Ft Benning, Ft Bragg, Ft Hood, ... Liberals and their biased sensitivities are simply childish POS.
I also don't get the Joint Base crap either. One branch owns the place and anybody else is a tenant.
Mixed feelings on this. On the one hand, there are far bigger things for the military to be worried about than a place name. On the other hand, there is something to be said about culture and tradition I suppose.Pretty stupid move renaming all these places. You may actually be right. This woke nonsense has polarized the country so much that any sort of pushback, no matter how extreme, might get a certain level of support. You're creating fertile ground for a more radicalized opposition movement.Much more polarized now than 2006. If Aldean made a song called “N****r” and there was any pushback from the left, there would definitely be some “HELL YEAH THE WOKE MEDIA DOESN’T WANT YOU TO HEAR THIS” people out there
In order to question the logic of others ... you are employing some very twisted logic yourself.Mixed feelings on this. I blame the military veterans and current soldiers for allowing this to happen. however. These guys will go halfway around the world to kill people they don't know or have a beef with and bring freedom and democracy to them, yet won't do s#!t right here at home to fight the people here that are ruining this country. Their hate for Russians, Iranians, Syrians or whoever is stronger than their disdain for the people in their homeland that are destroying the country. I just don't understand these military folks and their logic.
Well, your current Commander in Chief used the phrase "N***er Big Shots", didn't want his kis growing up in "ghetto jungles", and told the world about an articulate black man....and "received" over 81 million votes.I don’t care whether people get canceled, I think it’s funny that saying the N word makes someone MORE popular and that people brag about that, and you don’t know what “triggered” means either (shockingly)
In 1977, Joe Biden did say that certain desegregation policies would force his children to grow up in a racial jungle. I'm not defending that at all ...Well, your current Commander in Chief used the phrase "N***er Big Shots", didn't want his kis growing up in "ghetto jungles", and told the world about an articulate black man....and "received" over 81 million votes.
Nope! Context isn't important according to the Cancel Culture crowd....In 1977, Joe Biden did say that certain desegregation policies would force his children to grow up in a racial jungle. I'm not defending that at all ...
... but the "N***er Big Shots" line lacks some much needed context.
Joe Biden was quoting racist comments when he used the N-word in 1985
He was quoting someone else.
