The owners of Eskimo Pie ice cream are planning to change the name and the marketing of the brand, Elizabell Marquez, head of marketing for parent company Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream, told both Reuters and the Wall Street Journal in a statement.
“We are committed to being a part of the solution on racial equality, and recognize the term is derogatory,” Marquez said in the statement, according to Reuters. “This move is part of a larger review to ensure our company and brands reflect our people values."
Dreyer's Grand Ice Cream has been reviewing the business for some time, Reuters reported.

The WSJ notes that, "The term Eskimo is a disparaging term for the indigenous people of the Arctic regions of northern Canada, Alaska, Greenland and Siberia."

Renaming "Global Warming Indigenous Victim's Pie"
I was thinking Inuit Ice Cream

Lol it’s not going to stop now . I’m can’t wait to watch them try and rename or tear down the statues at West Point , or Arlington .
Washington Monument, Mount Rushmore, St. Louis Gateway Arch (represents taking of Native American territory) at this rate someone is offended by something all the time and if something offends someone it has to go so that means Arlington National Cemetery, WWII Memorial, Vietnam Memorial, Korean War Memorial all have to go according to the liberal left.

We forgot the “ White House “ .

Klondike bars have a picture of a white polar bear on them, racist imo!
I was just craving a Klondike bar and wondering how that name was going to be found offensive...

Replace the polar bear with a whale (not a white one) and go with Better Than Blubber Bars ...

It is interesting that it's mostly conservative Republicans who use "snowflake" as a slang term to insult someone they perceive to be a sensitive person. However, these same people often reflect upon Donald Trump as a pillar of strength. Trump is the most hyper-sensitive, thin-skinned politician I've ever seen. Trump is constantly playing the victim card. Trump relishes that role; it's his true comfort zone. Some group (the mainstream media, Democrats, judges, Supreme Court justices - including his own nominees) or individual, has always done Trump wrong, in his mind. Trump is in a constant state of grievance and self-pity. If you are going to insult someone with such a silly and overused term... you really should start with the Great Pumpkin. Despite his complete lack of empathy, Trump is as sensitive as it gets as an adult man - which is the hallmark of a narcissist. The only person that narcissists ever feels sympathy for is themselves. That is Trump in a nutshell.

A tl;dr whataboutism. Surely you see the ridiculousness of all this?

How dare you point out the hypocrisy? Definitely don't mention the fact that a lot of these right wingers are so "triggered" by other people being "triggered." They're all part of the outrage-industrial complex.
