There have been many groups of people treated badly in history! Why do u think blacks are so special they deserve payment?

Also is slavery still going on in the homeland of Africa?

"African - American".... guess which part of that has blacks trading and selling blacks into slavery today?

Hint its not American!

But the abiding principles behind slavery was on each State. The Federal Government couldn't step in and tell them it was illegal until 1863.

One of the major points behind the Civil War was the fact States Rights were being trampled. Not the only one mind you, but one of the causes.

When I heard about his alleged motive I thought it was Ras. But now when I compare this kid wanting women which he didn't deserve to the OP wanting reparations he doesn't deserve then yeah. Definitely leaning toward Dallas with this one. Haha

America fought its most bloody war to end slavery. America almost split apart over the issue.

After much spilled white blood America ended slavery.

NO NATION ON EARTH HAS DONE SO MUCH AS AMERICA TO END SLAVERY.

Consider, who owes reparations to whom before you rush into this stupidity.

My wife & I went to a store where they were giving stuff away for free & as I was standing in line at the cash register I told my wife that I feel pretty low receiving free stuff & not working for it like we usually do. I guess other people are just used to it & don't think twice about it just for a hand-out.

Maybe the Democrat party should be on the hook for reparations!!

It was Democrats who opposed Lincoln. It was Democrats who opposed the civil rights movement. It was the Democrats that started the KKK.. If you want max correlation between deed and doer....go after the Democrat party!!

Reparations? There won't be any after you subtract all the years the government paid for welfare/food stamps/EBT/AFDC/Section 8 Housing, and all other subsidies.

Reparations were paid between 1861 and 1865 in the form of lives lost on a thousand battlefields. For every SLAVE THAT WAS FREED.. 2+ soldiers paid with his life. Others paid in blood with the loss of arms and legs.

Getting out of Africa should be reparations a plenty. People fight wars for freedom & people endure hardships for it. If anything reparations should be a ticket back if they so choose.
