1. if florida is the #2 overall seed, they should be playing the 63rd best team in the tournament. they got a team that won over 40 games as their #4 seed. meanwhile miami, not given a national seed, is given bethune cookman with an rpi of 202. in fact, miami's regional is easier than florida's period.
2. the committee likes to do this stuff every year, but it's not right. just because florida and miami are really close to one another doesn't mean they should be paired up for a super regional. sec regular season champ and acc regular season champ should not be paired up in a super regional. don't know how miami is not a national seed but fsu and virginia are. miami won the damn league.
if schools out there can't afford to travel, don't field a damn team. if a school based on an s-curve should be playing in arizona, send them to arizona. if a school based on the s-curve should be in texas, send them to texas.
the committee does this every year with clemson-sc and several other matchups. it's not right.
