That is the single stupidest accusation I've ever seen. I guess the people who wanted Fulmer gone have some vendetta against southern Bible thumpers. It couldn't have simply been they had no use for Fulmer.

My wish for the program would be that we hire some slappy who never matches what Bruce has done here so we can go back to the irrelevant program we've been since I was a wee little boy. Then all you vag's can sit here and talk about how bad we are, but hey at least we're clean right? Basketball is just something to watch until spring practice anyways, kill the damn program for all I care.

When have I ever used it as a shield to defend him? I've pointed out that some use it to form their opinion of him, and then shield that race based opinion behind other factors, like what happened at Iowa.

All I care about is winning, and he has done it better at Tennessee than anyone else. He has brought more life to a dormant program than anyone else has anywhere in the country over the same time period.

UT knew the unethical conduct charge was coming. He received the charge for lying. He misled investigators at the start. Recent history with those charges include coaches who engaged in pay-for-play or variants of the notion (gifts, etc.). No signs so far suggest Pearl will get banned for years, let alone a single year.

I honestly believe there are a lot sour fans out there who don't want this stuff involved in our program. If you think Pearl did it because he's a bad person, you have a right to your own opinion. At the end of the day, basketball recruiting is not regulated like football. It doesn't bring in the money or attention. What Pearl did, sadly, happens everywhere. I wish Calipari would get investigated just for the heck of it.

I am not defending Pearl's actions, and I also hope he is punished for what he has done. However, I can't help but ask why you display such hatred for him, and recently CPF? Did CBP do something to you individually to bread such anger? Not trying to add fuel to the fire, just curious.
