So, we weren't SEC Champions in 2008? That's news to me. And, you don't want to give any credit for NCAA success (unless, apparently, they win the whole thing), when we've had our most successful run in our history?

I guess you're right, the Elite 8 is worthless. I mean, you don't even get a trophy!

Last year's run was impressive. No reason to say otherwise but it still does nothing to change the fact that he has produced exactly ZERO championships of note in his tenure. However, he did make a mockery of our school and basketball program. It's a amazing what you can get for a few mil these days...

We won the SEC in 2008? Really? I bet you Georgia is pissed they weren't the EAST regular season champions. They had to settle for the SEC Tournament Championship instead. Maybe they'll trade with us.

The sports aspect of your life must be miserable if your complaining about UT bball. How are those Bengals? When was the time they won a trophy? The Reds?

It's just crazy how some fans expect to win every single game especially when they should know the circumstances. WE JUST AREN'T A GOOD TEAM it just is what it is. You would not be complaining if it wasn't for the fact your spoiled from Bruce Pearl.

UT fans have always been spoiled. Wanting to run fulmer out of town after a couple medicore seasons..its sad that the same people that have essentially made the program is the same people you want to run out of town.

People like you will be *****ing when we don't make the tourney for the next five years with a new coach. I guess you don't remember the days when you just glanced at the tv occasionally because we were down by 35pts to Kentucky.

While this is true in terms of postseason tournaments, he's had more success than any other coach in the history of the program. It cracks me up that people act like we should somehow always be the best team in the SEC or in the top 10 nationally. The bottom line is that that simply isn't UT's place in the basketball pecking order. We're not going to consistently compete with the Kentucky's, UNC's and Duke's of the world.
