The disney insanity continues

Lol, what? What kind of scandal? If their police don't help you because they are compromised (something that is potentially a problem in literally every PD), you aren't out of options.
Not exactly a scandal per se, but Disney World IS the park where an Alligator killed a child a few years back. Amazing how quickly that got forgotten.

Meanwhile, the Left goes after gunmakers, tobacco companies, and fossil fuel producers; but that’s apparently fine 🙄

That is completely different tho. I'm not saying it's fine. I think we need checks on those kinds of companies, not that the left fights the good fight in those battles. They fight those companies because of what they do as a business. Disney was targeted for a political position they took. We want people in government to stand up to polluters. We do not want the government to silence companies' political speech.

Translation “it’s ok when we do it because our opponents are truly evil”. Surely you can come up with a better argument that that?

You can add chic fil a to that list.

So……still no argument other than name calling? I thought as much 😂

I didn't call you a name. You rephrased my position to the point that it no longer resembled my position. Either you are not smart enough to understand my position or you deal in ********. Again, you decide. Take your pick.

Can't have the parents of young children afraid and "cancel" Disney. Also can't have PETA on site protesting about keeping alligators contained.

What actions did the government take against CFA?
The city council banned chic fil a from the airport although it was overturned by government and New York tried to use political influence to ban chic fil a from being built in rest stops in New York…. I think it was unsuccessful as well but not for sure.

So the state government in this case protected their speech instead of attacking it? Nice.

I live here.

Universal carers to a different age range, with some overlap. Disney is great for ages 3 to 11, Universal for 12 on up. That's sort of my own made up ranges.
I agree with this, as a native central Floridian. The ticket prices are crazy these days. It used to not be as bad for Florida residents.

@OrangeTsar you spent all that time looking for other examples of government attacking CFA, and all you came up with are 1 attempt by a single crusader that was unsuccessful, 2 recent attempts to block CFA that probably will be unsuccessful, and then to boot you included a denouncement...LOL. All on the very local scale, BTW. You got almost nothing. Nothing on the scale of a presidential hopeful and governor of one of the largest states in the union targeting and successfully punishing a company for their speech.
