In the consulting business I work in, we are a Christian business. We pray at meeting events and do not hide what we are. One of our most talented instructors / consultants is a gay woman. She and her partner have been in a relationship for almost 20 years. All of us biased, bigoted, and prejudiced folks are her biggest fans in the work she does.I’m not a public employee like you. Private businesses have to turn a profit. See if you can figure out the rest.

Not exactly a scandal per se, but Disney World IS the park where an Alligator killed a child a few years back. Amazing how quickly that got forgotten.
There is a lot of jaw boning and finger pointing over this, but I'd really like to see what happens a year from now when the special status expires. I'm guessing that not much will change other than there will probably be a new Disney CEO and maybe a bunch of new board members.
I doubt they repeal the legislation, but I'm sure Disney will negotiate some deal with the local governments, because the last thing they want is the county road crew patching holes in the roads among other things they don't do well.I'm betting the legislation will be repealed, a deal will be struck and things go back to the way they were.
