There is no way Crompton is better than Stephens. I don't care what Kiffin says. At this point, he can't hide it. Sure, Ginger had the bad game against Wyoming, but that was the week Fulmer was fired, anyone would've sucked. Against UGA and Bama last year, Stephens threw 3 TDs and 0 INTs. Enough is enough...
Not taking up for him but, he's playing and that's what he wanted to do. From what we (I) heard, he knew he wasn't going to with the Vols.
Stephens had one really bad game against Wyoming, but had decent games against SEC competition, including ZERO interceptions against Bama and Georgia. I'd take that over Crompton's guaranteed crappiness versus everyone.
I dont know why you guys keep bringing up the wyoming game when Stephens talk begins. The whole freaking team quit because they were pissed the FAH was fired that week! Nick Stephens is a freaking gamer and Crompton is the worst QB in college football history!
Have you seen any evidence to the contrary?
Anyone want to still say that BJ Coleman got a fair shake? This just proves that Lane never gave the kid a fair shake, Crompton is beyond awful. No way Stephens or Coleman could have been this bad.
If you consider any of the games Stephens played in decent then your standards should be low enough to call Crompton all-sec
Why don't you come up with something better than, "Well someone has to be better than Crompton. They just gotta be." Your QB talent evaluations are in hot water at the moment.[/QUOT
Evaluations?? who on here can give a competent QB evaluation? It's venting and discussion with other clueless people. Who the hell are you to judge about my evaluation? Maybe you should apply for the job
