Isn't he a Central High legend?
You all keep saying were getting frustrated, were not getting frustrated as an offense because were moving the ball, UT quarterback Jonathan Crompton said. I mean, obviously, we come out last week and have a 15-play drive to open up the game. Thats moving the ball. We dont get frustrated because the more we can establish that, the better we can be.
OK, if we get points on the board, thats fine. We have confidence in our kicker, and then next time were going to fix it and go from there....
Its a big concern, Kiffin said. Weve pointed it out, weve showed them where the plays are to be made, and its the little things.......
You could not be more right. I know a lot of people say that it can't be one person's fault and I agree. But if you do not have a good past speaking publicly, and you are trying to win back the most passionate fan base in America, then why keep talking. Please let the coaches and the players that actually understand and can articulate the gameplan speak to the media. Just keep working on your reads.
You know what really grinds my gears? No one's come up with a new priest and a rabbi joke in like 30 years. Ok, ok, uh, a priest and a rabbi go into..the supermarket. And the priest says, let's buy a ham. And the rabbi says, "Nope. Can't eat it. Not allowed. It's forbidden." Pigs are like super-heroes to them. Is it perfect? No! But I dont see you coming up with anything better. And that, people, is what grinds my gears.
If you pay attention to Cromps comments over the years, you realize he is operating with less than a full load---and most everything he has said sounds like Fulmer coach speak. Truth---like it or not.
ahhhh, cmon fellas, those funny facial expressions were just a representation of a kid having a good day playin football. I dont think for one second he beleived he was a world beater by doing that. He knew who he was playing, Im certain the Kiffin family reminded them of that.
