Going to be interesting to see if "he didn't buy the gun", "he didn't lie about drugs on the form", or "he wasn't addicted / didn't consume drugs". Or if dems are willing to flip for him and say the whole background check procedure has always been unconstitutional ... even though they are trying daily to add more restrictions. If hunter walks on this, the Judicial Branch and the DOJ should just close up shop, go home, and let anarchy reign.

As Hunter inches closer to trial and the distinct possibility that he may be convicted and sentenced to serious time behind bars, there are reports that President Biden has voiced fears that he, 'might be dead before his son's case would be resolved.'

And a former aide to Jill Biden even compared the 'weight' of Hunter's legal woes to the 'emotionally taxing' loss of Joe's son Beau over which the President 'probably cries every day.'

But there's something the President can do - he can pardon Hunter.

He can even do it preemptively and put an immediate stop to any criminal proceedings.

Third IRS Agent Says Joe Biden’s DOJ Blocked David Weiss from Charging Hunter​

A third IRS agent reportedly told House investigators last week that President Joe Biden’s Justice Department blocked now-special counsel David Weiss from charging Hunter Biden, seemingly contradicting Attorney General Merrick Garland’s assertion that Weiss had complete authority to charge the president’s son.

“He was given complete authority to make all decisions on his own,” Garland said in June of now-special counsel David Weiss.

Weiss investigated Hunter Biden for five years for tax, gun, and Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) violations. The probe came to a head when IRS whistleblowers alleged in April that two Biden administration political appointees within the DOJ worked to block charges against Hunter Biden for tax violations against recommendations.

Hunter Biden's hotshot lawyer has been accused of involvement in a 'brazen coverup' and 'far-reaching conspiracy' to violate court orders, hide documents, and encourage a witness to lie under oath.

Attorney Abbe Lowell is accused in court documents filed last Friday of secretly working for Middle East nation Qatar in a scheme to conceal communications about an alleged computer hacking plot.

It is another example of Lowell getting embroiled in allegations of shady dealings with foreign nations – after emails published by DailyMail.com earlier this year showed the Justice Department scrutinized his links with suspected Chinese spies.

But Lowell's own alleged dealings with foreign nations are now coming under scrutiny in bombshell court documents.


Last week's legal filing involving Lowell came from a lawsuit by former top GOP money man and Donald Trump confidant Elliott Broidy, who sued the government of Qatar in 2018 for an alleged hacking and smear campaign against him in 2017 and 2018.

Qatar has always strongly denied his hack-and-smear allegations.

Lowell was representing a businessman allegedly working in the US for Qatar in 2018, and allegedly drafted documents in which a witness appears to have lied to help get Lowell's client diplomatic immunity protection, Broidy's lawsuit claims.

IRS Agent said CNN Has Hunter Biden Email where Hunter claimed legal 'stuff' would go away under Biden admin​

The House Ways and Means Committee released a document on Wednesday showing an IRS agent relaying an inquiry from a CNN producer who claimed to have an email where Hunter Biden said that all of his "stuff" would go away once his father was elected president. To date, the alleged email has never become public.

"Documents show Hunter Biden and his business associates had access to the White House and Joe Biden’s advisors; Biden business associates were instructed to not ‘mention Joe being involved’; and official trips to Ukraine line up U.S. government actions and Hunter Biden’s financial bottom line," the Wednesday press release states.
