Yeah good point. To completely cover his own ass Puddinhead has to give a blanket pardon to his brother also however currently I’m not aware of any pending indictments? So if it does happen the immediate question should be why was it even needed?

I would think the 25th amendment is better, meaning someone is pardoning criminals that is not of sound mind. How can one pardon someone for a crime, in which the government said the person doing the pardoning probably shouldn't be standing trial himself? All of this is ignoring the elephant in the room.

The way I read it is Hunter cannot be prosecuted for any federal crime he committed for over the past decade. He could come out and admit to robbing a bank and couldn’t be prosecuted by the feds.
