Because he hates them and likes to watch them twist. Decorum and acting presidential left the building in 2015 - now it's a no holds barred, fish-hooking and eye gouging cage match. He flicks boogers at congress every chance he gets, e.g. having his lackies exercise executive privilege when speaking with congress when everyone knows damn well it's a joke. Trump don't care, he's a damn honeybadger.

What I take issue with is ALL the bad arguments present in this thread. And the goal post has always been the same. Be consistent. I cant even get a "Biden shouldnt have done that", all I get is Orange Man bad. Talk about moving goal posts, you are just ignoring the ones on the other side of the field.

If we want to start with this issue, Hunter, Joe and Trump are all going to jail for this one instance. Or at least the discovery on Trumps case should be sending Joe to jail too. You know consistency and all.

Also can I quote you going forward to start sending politicians to jail for their crimes? Because it wont be long till the until the shoe is back on your foot. And are we starting with crimes right now, or just any that start to be investigated. I think half of DC has crimes that haven't been looked at.

I'm not a party guy, and certainly no Biden fan, so quote away. Politician's who commit crimes are just criminals. We've let this corruption and greed in both parties fester unpunished for too long.

Somebody was pointing out that Don Jr at least had the defense that he was uninformed moron who didn't know the law. After all the Russia stuff, no way can daddy dumb butt Donny claim ignorance of the law (i.e., soliciting something of value from a foreign country for election purposes).

President Donald Trump's personal attorney Rudy Giuliani confirmed Thursday that the State Department assisted his efforts to press the Ukrainian government to probe two prominent Democratic opponents of the president: former Vice President Joe Biden and the Democratic National Committee.

Specifically, Giuliani has wanted Ukrainian officials to look into any impropriety related to the former vice president's push to crack down on corruption in Ukraine and his son Hunter Biden's involvement in a natural gas company there. Giuliani also sought to have Ukraine examine whether the Democratic National Committee worked in connection with Ukrainian officials to harm Trump's 2016 campaign by releasing damaging information on the president's former campaign chairman, Paul Manafort.

This Politico article gives a good run-down on some of Hunter's earlier wheelings & dealings and those of Biden's younger brother, including their joint hedge fund enterprise. Joe has managed to keep some distance between himself and this other "family business" and up to now it has not affected his political fortunes one iota.

Fathers will do a lot to protect their children. Trump wasn't looking to protect his children, he was looking to smear someone elses for political gain.

As a father, I can forgive Biden. As a taxpayer, i can't.
