No because it’s a fallacy to call them a jury in the way we use jury for a normal criminal trials. They typically require 100% agreement. So if this were a criminal trial all Trump needs is one juror saying not guilty. That’s why that analogy is dumb
Not really how I thought of it but I do like the analogy. I rather think of it like hog said earlier. This is a political process.

Another take away from your example is that a jury trial has an even higher bar to meet. Impeachment only requires a simple super majority by comparison. So no, this isn’t jury nullification. In fact it isn’t even the same damn process. And the House couldn’t even meet this lower bar.

Final vote is in "coming days". So, probably Monday the 3rd, after everybody gets a chance to pound the mahogany...and appeal to their voters back home. The State of the Union on the 4th should be one for the scrap book. LOL.
