The left should make up posters that say that because Schiff is killing public perception for the Dems claiming to have the evidence last time during #RussiaGate and being secretive about his contact with the whistleblower and that made up call transcript he read out loud to everyone this time . He was the worst person to head this up as far as credibility goes .

I'm sure our residents lawyers would know better than I, but pretty sure this is simply not so. We've been in deposition phase which only requires probable cause in a criminal proceeding - which this isn't - thus this bar is even lower
