The Griffeys were both highly legit MLB players. Bronny is a G leaguer at best right now. Probably will never be a real contributor in the NBA. Heck, he wasn't very good at USC. LeBron knows it. It's a false narrative that he's going to push Bronny for PT. He's just proud he's in there learning and working on it every day to have a chance. Yeah, Bronny 's getting a chance for one reason only and that's ok. LeBron won't allow it to hurt the team

I played a Knecht Single Game Parlay, tonight. Knecht to score 10+, 2+ threes, a steal and a block. $1 to win $45, with a boost. I know, I'm a big money gambler, don't hate, congratulate

If he gets to practice with the lakers everyday, he could develop into an NBA player. I think most div 1 college athletes would get there eventually, given the opportunity to practice against the best every day.

I haven't read this thread, so forgive me if it has already been discussed. But dang! That one announcer was obnoxious in his open hostility toward Knecht when the other guy brought up the fact that Dalton was the first rookie to score 30 in a preseason game since Kobe did it in the late 90s. He went overboard mocking the fact it had been brought up, and it was uncalled for.

Anyone know his deal? 😡

Richard Jefferson was in no way being hostile towards Dalton Knecht. He was making fun of the preseason. Dont take it too seriously.

it’s definitely looking like DK is going to be solidly in the rotation. 13 minutes tonight after 16 in the first game. Didn’t play in the 4th, but I imagine his role will grow as he acclimates to the league and earns the trust of the coaches.

Looks like I’ll be watching a lot more lakers games this year.

I’ve watched both games so far and the Lakers are also very aesthetically pleasing to watch with their new offensive scheme.

It’s been good basketball in general.
