Federal cases normally run in total from start to finish 4 to 4.5 years. Start is when the Feds start investigating end is when the trial, ruling & appeals are complete/exhausted. His lawyers were asking for a start date at the 5 year mark. Judge asked them to give a more reasonable date, BS excuse and picked one for them. These charges all stem from 2020 coorect?? It was 2 1/2 years to gather evidence and bring charges correct,?? Having been indicted before I was advised that I was allowed a similar amount of time ( and rame of charges) had I chosen to.
You don't know what I would like to do to them. At least the illegal ones. I don't get the define a woman thing. I know what a woman is and I am not worried about those that cannot distinguished what a woman is or is not.If only there were other alternatives to unwanted pregnancies. I have no problem with the morning after pill or terminating a pregnancy due to rape or incest. It doesn’t have to be a nightmare when it comes to the illegal invaders. Lock down the border and deport all of them. The rest is typical looney lib hyperbole. Can you even define a woman?
I don't know if Trump is guilty or not, but I find it amusing that his followers think that we can Make America Great Again by refusing to move forward with prosecutions when they inconvenience a politician.
I'm sure you'd feel the same way if Hunter and the Big Guy get indicted tomorrow. I, however, see no reason why someone should escape the consequences of their actions just because they are a politician and it is inconvenient for them. Why cant the prosecution wait until after the election? They waited this long, what is a few more months to ensure the election is not interfered with and is free and fair (or as free as it can be when the current administration is waging lawfare against the leading opposition candidate). Do we care about the sanctity of elections or not?
That actually seems like it has the most teeth. The prosecutor has alleged some real/serious crimes committed by Trump subordinates. If he had knowledge of their plans or asked them to undertake those acts, racketeering and conspiracy are reasonable allegations. I know this because I watched the sopranos and LA Law.I had a few minutes and read through it. I don't think he's going to jail for telling people to "fight like hell." That's hilarious.
I guess we will see about the election stuff. Racketeering? That's a stretch.
The documents issue is stupid and definitely a political attack. No one give a crap.
Who knows? Maybe this will somehow lead to a viable alternate nomination for GOP candidate. I doubt it though, which means the next election will be even nastier than the prior one, which will be very sad for the country. I'm sick of it all.
See this is why I can't see you serious. You sit o. A fence, throw crap at both sides with no solutions or feasible resolution...your just a Dem who can't admit who he really is

Trump is now the heavy betting favorite to win the GOP Primary. What is the harm in delaying his legal proceedings until after the election?
I keep hearing the media and politicians preach to me about how sacrosanct Democratic elections are so wouldnt it be appropriate to allow the leading challenger to campaign in a free and open election process?
What am I missing?
Obama was indicted and awaiting trial during the 08 or 12 elections? Trump will be taken off the ballot because he has been indicted for these crimes?Remember back after obama won and people questioned whether he met the qualifications? The answer was that it didn't matter, the people had spoken. Seems like if Trump should win and they failed to be timely and convict him by then, then all the lawsuits should go away for the same reason. If none of the DAs could get it together soon enough to get to trial before the election, too bad.
I would think delaying a criminal prosecution in order to see whether or not the accused gains the power to pardon himself isn't how the system is supposed to work.
I'm thinking trying a candidate during election season is tampering with an election, too. Seems if the charges were real enough to be a sure thing, they could have had their act together and been at trial before the next election.
