The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

He didn't say she didn't. The irony is that y'all were ready to "lock her up" and now youre absolutely outraged that Donny might be held accountable for any one of the 91 felonies he's been accused of.

Biden, Hillary and Trump would look great in a orange jumpsuit. Though you Trump nut huggers will see that statement as a direct liberal assault on Donny.

Anybody can accuse anybody else of just about anything. The trick is proving it. But no doubt, you got him this time ... again.

One place I will agree is, that while in most cases doing something illegal may require intent, it shouldn't be the case with classified materials and documents. However, past administrations have so muddied the water with what a president may or may not do, prosecutors will have their hands full on what should be a slam dunk. Trump will probably walk on those charges, too.

I disagree, he won't ever get to the point where any of this will go to a jury. He'll plea out.

Though the GA DA may not give him an out and unlike the "YGHN" crowd. I actually think they may have him.

Did you fall off a turnip truck? I don't know what you are reading that makes you think that Trump will walk on the classified materials and documents case, but you are wrong. There is no question about this case, he was given notice and then proceeded to cover it up. It is a slam dunk case and nothing has changed, in fact it has gotten worse for Trump. It will take longer because of the other cases but he will be a convicted when he answers to these charges. This is the slam dunk case, so don't lie to yourself.

Then how do you suggest handling the security issues by Clinton, Pence, Biden, ... ? Those don't even fall under the pretense of presidential privilege. Dems have a real bad habit of believing themselves intelligent, breaking new ground, and then finding themselves screwed by their own doing. I personally have no problem with finding Trump guilty (assuming it can be proven he wasn't covered by presidential privilege) just as soon as other politicians are treated the same as a member of the military would be.

They all mishandled it. Including Trump. Trump was a bigger pain in the ass about correcting the problem than the others. Slap on the wrist and move on. Anyone advocating for more is doing so for political points. I do think he has a problem in Georgia though.

None of those have been charged yet, have they? You talked about intent, well ordering Taveras to delete the footage was Intent to Obstruct. Reality. No Assumption he is guilty. Trump advised by his lawyer to turn over the documents and choosing to hide them is also Intent. He was covered by Presidential if he had followed procedures, but he chose to ignore them. Thinking about it does not cover them and declassifying some of those documents was not an option he would have been granted. His goose is cooked regarding the documents. Reality.

The cover up is going to be worse than the crime.

The progressive hacks here are simply wet dreaming. At least on the charges that have so far been leveled, there is zero, effectively ZERO chance Trump is convicted and that conviction survives the current Supreme Court.

The USSC may even welcome a chance to put a stop to this nonsense, not for Trumps sake but so that every single election afterward doesnt become a legal circus.

Now, the (smart) Dems know this - and may even welcome it so that there will be less pressure on Joe by the time all this settles out. BUT they also know that the real damage will have been done and it will keep Trump out of the presidency but (they hope) as the GOP nominee, guaranteeing a Dem win. The supremes will largely act quasi after the fact but too late to change the massive negative public opinion.

They are playing a good game. GOP doesnt even know what game its playing yet. Always defense mode. I miss the days of Lee Atwater.

It will be years before the USSC gets one of the cases.

What you say Trump attempted, Biden's lackeys actually succeeded at.

What I SAY Trump attempted? You and the absent minds of MAGA seem to have a problem recognizing and acknowledging facts. I could go through all the facts yet again--but they are more than well-established by now. People who continue to ignore the facts because they clash with their corrupt and politicized little minds are rather pathetic and embarrassing. The FACTS are on my side, ace.

50% of your posts get facts wrong. I have had the displeasure of correcting you many times. And before you get all silly I can't stand Trump. Never voted for him. But you have your head stuck in your ass. I suspect you have terrible breath

Trump was an ass as usual, but he did admit to having the documents and argued he had a right to them. That part is at least a bit murky when it should be a clear cut thing that no president has a right to classified documents once out of office. Biden, Clinton, Pence, and likely other politicians had no right to the documents, and no defense. For that reason I think the case against Trump is iffy, and clearly indefensible for Biden, Clinton, and Pence. The worst part (and what is routinely ignored) is that either nobody knew about the Biden documents for years, or it was deliberately covered up. That means a lot of stuff at U PA could have been accessed and acted on; that's a far worse compromise than anything else.

I have long criticized the misrepresentation of the two Georgia calls by the Washington Post, which later issued a correction in its reporting. Although it recently made a startling contradictory statement on the truth of its original claims, the transcript of the calls shows that Trump did not tell officials to simply add more than 11,000 votes

too late..damage is done..just like Russia lies

It's bad when even Putin calls it like it is.

LOL, Putin knows where his bread will get buttered.

These memes from Trump's #TreasonSummit with Putin capture exactly how we feel right now - Queerty

On the other hand, if anyone on the planet knows how to persecute a political rival, is Pooty.

you do realize that if they are so close per this narrative, it can easily be argued that Putin would not of invaded Ukraine at the time

It'd be a stupid argument, but sure.

One could just as easily argue that the Cheeto administration wouldn't have put up a fight.

True..but the narrative you are pushing has been negated

What narrative is that?

Your speculation isn't evidence.

It's as ridiculous as stating that the reason China hasn't invaded Tiawan is because they're afraid of Biden.

You throw up a Trump Putin love fest..well you do realize pee tapes and all that were lies don’t you?
IMO, Trump had the meeting to get dirt on a Hills, something ever pol does, even with foreign sources. It blew up into just what you are still pushing..Russian collusion and your post.

So It seems that you still cannot let your lie go, but ask me to discount my hypotheticals as impossible.
