The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

It takes real Trump derangement to blame this on Trump. The President/Executive has never been held accountable in modern history, except possibly Nixon but the SCOTUS has mostly bent over backwards the last few decades to PROTECT the Executive from accountability.

What is most interesting is if the SCOTUS will reverse course because it is Trump and leave the Executive vulnerable.
You throw an except possibly Nixon to justify your statement. Law is about dealing with Facts of which some of you people fail to recognized. Nixon received a notice to resign or go to jail, Ford pardon him. Do you just need to use it as an argument or justification of Today's events? But yet you try which is weak. For others, I am not sure, of there is a distinct difference in breaking the law and stupid policies. Yet 91 indictments and keep believing that Trump has not committed at least one of them. His own admission of guilt is all one needs to question his competance or convict.

If Trump had kept his mouth shut laid lowed he might be a President vs a Joe Biden Cellmate.

The gangster is a deeply corrupt and mentally ill individual--completely without shame about anything he does. He plays on the stupidity and gullibility of his rube, MAGA base with his comical assertions that he's being treated unfairly. Please. The man breaks laws and is completely and totally unethical and immoral. Completely and totally. That clods still support the man is the biggest political embarrassment in our nation's history.

The notion that a person should be able to get away with breaking American laws because he was president is laughable. Our laws apply to everybody.

I notice how you evade my main point. That being, that The SCOTUS has bent over backward to protect the Executive.

I am not sure how anyone thinks this guy is right for the job. Before you get your panties in a wad... neither is Biden. Christians who believe Trump is a good Christian man are among the most gullible, stupid people on the planet.

Agreed but I for one do not want a "good Christian" as president.

I am certainly not saying that being a "good Christian" is at the top of my presidential criteria, but so called "good Christians" defending this type of behavior and believing Trump is a "good Christian" are bizarre.

Besides the kooks, I don't think many of his supporters would call him a “good Christian.”

Did you see Biden's Dem numbers? That's just as insane.
I don't see him as a person of faith and am surprised that so many do. Honestly, I don't see Biden as anything other than a chameleon changing as survival requires. He's only different from Trump in that he refrains from putting his own stupidity intentionally on blast as decades of politics have taught him - that is political suicide. Whereas Trump blasts stupidity and hatred with pride, secure in the knowledge his core voters eat that crap up.

I don't see it and every case is different. SCOTUS will get involved when the time is right. What cases has the SCOTUS ever had before it to hold the President accountable for their actions. SCOTUS can't even police up their own ranks. If they follow the Constitution and Trump is found guilty then we should not see a pass. Comes down to Lawyers and Presentation. Same applies to Biden but neither may never get there. Too much going on before all this happens.

My point is when has SCOTUS ever had to bend over backward to protect an Executive and what if anything have they done to protect Trump or Biden currently. Kicking the procedural can down the road is not protecting as it is just following procedure.
