At my job, and almost any other place that follows the law, this is a conflict of interest. You would be unemployable at my company. We have to do mandatory training on this topic. Breaking this code of conduct so blatantly is a grounds for termination. She was basically backdoor paying herself and running it up. All of this is seen as personally motivated.

Logic on this topic in this thread, seriously? If Logic was applied this thread would not exist. There is no logic when someone sits behind a computer anonymously and can say anything they want without applying logic.
This thread is about winning without applying simple logic. It is about buying into an argument that you can sell by telling lies.
Just look at Trump's testimony for example. It is about lying and getting a jury to buy into it. If it was your mother on the end of this, hopefully you would have a little dignity instead of stating that she enjoyed the attention.
In Trump's case, he lies to gain control, manipulate, intimidate, avoid consequences/accountability and to cause harm. Trump uses lies cause harm. Trump can't shut his mouth. Even the smart liars know when to shut up.

Just stick to the facts of the case, if you have the evidence and docket it will not make a difference who the DA. Restart, Stick to the facts. Hollar foul all you want but just stick to the facts and follow the rules. Makes no difference who prosecutes or not. Need to change it then change it, but it does not change the facts.

What is personally motivated? Her stupid personal behavior has zero to do with the case against Trump. It will result in finding a new prosecutor, and maybe Willis stepping down--but this shouldn't affect the case against the gangster at all.

Apply Logic to this. Why does the Presidential Republican Nominee and the Presidential Front Runner have to testify? Most Candidates would blow this off, guilty or innocent. We have seen it time and time again in similar cases, but, Trump with nothing to lose but 5 Mil could not stop. He Even confused her for his previous wife Marla Maples. Now he has doubled down and continued to rake her over the coals. Don't worry, he is doing this for you, not for him. Simple defamation case move on but think about it when he gets into a position with World Leaders. A little unfit. If that is the only way you can win an argument regarding Trump then you have so growing up to do... Blame it on somebody else, admit to nothing and deny everything.
