The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

Was this judge on the island with other pervs? He went after Trump, but let Epstein and Prince Andrew skate.
But he got justice.

Exactly. The banks and their stockholders lost money. The insurance companies and their stockholders lost money because the Trumps didn't pay the premiums and interest they should have. It's not like it's just one time at one institution. He did this over and over. If you count each stockholder the Trump organization defrauded it likely comes to thousands if not tens of thousands of people.
I think “the Banks” testified for the defense. Right?

Donnie Spray Tan: "please, please, please don't deny my poorly dressed MAGA supporters the chance to vote for me just because I tried to rob 81 million Americans of their vote four years ago. Please, please, please respect our democracy....."

What IS that smell? It's either Donnie messing up his diapers, or his raging hypocrisy, or both.

The gangster hates paying people--anybody, any amount--and that's delicious about these big fines--now totaling some $440 million, including the Carroll case. He's always been financial cheat--and a golf cheat, and a political cheat. If he owes somebody a dime, he'll try to cheat him out of a nickle. He's been sued about 200 times by people claiming that he cheated them out of money, many of them contractors. He's notorious for agreeing to have some project done on, say, one of his golf courses for $30K, and then after the job is done he'll complain about some aspect of it and pay $20K and dare the contractor to take him to court. He's always been a cheat and a bully--at everything.
you prove the left here has no valid arguments. Say I have a house built and the contractor messes something up, as bad concrete pour on the driveway or patio, drywall where creases can be seen, bad paint job, shotty craftsmanship on wood work, bricks or shingles not laid correctly, bad plumbing or electrical work, etc. I would complain, and have complained, that it be fixed or the contractor does not get paid. MILLIONS of private citizens do this ALL THE TIME for it's the only way to make contractors responsible for the quality, or lack thereof, of the work they perform. Contractors (especially unionized thug contractors trump deals with) want to be paid a lot of money for the work they do so they better do a grade-A perfect job else trump, myself, you have every right to complain.
You've NEVER complained about the bad quality of work or service provided to you????? Ever get bad food/service at a restaurant and complain and not want to pay for undercooked, burnt or cold food served to you or not leave a tip for bad service????

Trump paid his loan back and did not cheat the bank out of a nickle.....the bank even testified on behalf of trump.

trump stole nothing, the dems stole the election and there is a thread showing proof/evidence of it. You simply refuse to see/acknowledge it. You cannot prove biden got 81 million legitimate votes if your life depended on it.

Dems - trump is illigitmate president, china interferred, obama and his cronies set up the whole fake russian dossier and should all be rotting in jail right now.

They want us to be more concerned about issues overseas than issues right here at home. And some of these fools continue to fall for it.

Western propaganda, man. You can't beat it. The sheep are worried about a fake Boogeyman at home in Trump and a fake Boogeyman abroad in Putin...meanwhile the store is being absolutely looted and set on fire. Pitiful.

They testified that they"expect client provided information to be accurate". But the banks are not on trial (they probably should be). Just because the banks didn't catch it doesn't mean that they and especially their shareholders weren't victims of fraud.

Not at all. An ex-president who's running again and who likes bending over in front of America's chief adversary is RATHER a big deal, as is the fact
that he doesn't like our longtime and most steadfast and important allies. It is essentially traitorous behavior by an ex-prez and candidate, and so damn straight, it's going to get a helluva lot of attention. The security of this country and that of our allies, NATO--they are all a huge deal.

But let's not pretend that the Biden administration has spent a huge amount of energy tackling domestic issues and can take credit for numerous achievements--far more than that spay-tanned, corrupt lowlife ever did. The gangster did help pass a huge tax break for wealthy people, and that's about it.

The banks and their armies of accountants knew Trump, and his misrepresentations - and set the collateral accordingly.

They knew what Trump was doing, knew he was full of it. But they were not “harmed”.

But as has been pointed out - 63(12) does not require that there be victims, only a pattern of behavior.

So will the court now review other users of the banks to see what other customers are following a similar pattern? I’d say that chances are more than half of their top 100.clients are just as guilty?
Or what are the chances that if Judge Gilligan’s loan applications were all reviewed would we find a similar pattern
