The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

what a joke this hearing has become.....

@RightGlockMom

Former Gov. Barnes testified that Wade was present in a meeting before he was brought onto the Fani Willis Trump case.

Daddy Willis (John Floyd) testified that Fani and Wade's team not only prepped him but he watched yesterday's trial.
Witnesses cannot coordinate testimony!
Motion to strike was denied (good move for potential appellate transcript) with Judge McAfee saying, "This goes against credibility as well."

(Not just Daddy's credibility, but Fani's)

I don't think you understand what the legal issue is. The fact that she dated the guy and they took 3-4 trips together is not enough. They would have to prove she intentionally hired him to financially gain. All they have done is put up a lot of smoke, i.e. she had a tax lien, or she paid him back in cash for parts of trips, but they didn't keep an accounting since they were dating.

Based on what I have heard and read, the order will likely criticize her for having the relationship or at least not ensuring third party oversight as to finances, but thendenying disqualification as too speculative.

Prepping a witness?

Lying under oath?

IRS get involved over unreported gifts and large sums of cash?

Judge compromised?

Hiring a boyfriend that has no business prosecuting this case, paying him more money than an expert rico lawyer would make is not seeking financial gain? Using layers from the law firm wade worked at and that law firm give donations to willis campaign no financial gain there?

Possible perjury won’t be an issue?

Leftist scum. These people are cowards.

Cowards? He committed real estate fraud for many years.....I think it's called enforcing our laws. It's not at all disputable that the gangster greatly inflated is assets to secure loans and deflated them when paying taxes....He practically bragged about it. But now he's got to pay.

The gangster is going to be looking to MAGA dupes to help pay his very large and growing legal penalties and fees.

Who did he defraud? The bank testified FOR Trump. This is the State inserting itself where there are no victims. This is absurd. The American legal system is dead.

Shipwreck's brain has hit the rock's....

If a bank is fairly due $50 million but earns only $30 million owing to deceit by the paying party, fraud has been committed. But the MAGA legal experts should take up all these cases with the judges and juries. Everybody's wrong but a lifelong gangster, eh? Wise up for once. This is a man who's private charity was closed down by the state because the gangster was using it to pay legal fees and commission a huge portrait of himself for one of his golf clubs. You've apparently forgotten the Trump Real Estate "university," which was closed down when scores of lawsuits were filed against him for fraud and he paid, what, 35 million or somesuch to settle the case. He has a long history of fraud and cheating people.

The gangster hates paying people--anybody, any amount--and that's delicious about these big fines--now totaling some $440 million, including the Carroll case. He's always been financial cheat--and a golf cheat, and a political cheat. If he owes somebody a dime, he'll try to cheat him out of a nickle. He's been sued about 200 times by people claiming that he cheated them out of money, many of them contractors. He's notorious for agreeing to have some project done on, say, one of his golf courses for $30K, and then after the job is done he'll complain about some aspect of it and pay $20K and dare the contractor to take him to court. He's always been a cheat and a bully--at everything.

I don’t know why any of this is surprising. Just another in a long line of reasons why President Con Man didn’t and doesn’t deserve the office. An article I read summed it up pretty well. “Fraudulently inflated his net worth to DUPE lenders”. That along with bilking contractors and declaring multiple bankruptcies is how he built his wealth. And he’s been duping his MAGA constituents out of their money for years to pay his debts. Convincing rubes to part with their money to pay his legal expenses. Genius I tell you, sheer genius.

Exactly. The banks and their stockholders lost money. The insurance companies and their stockholders lost money because the Trumps didn't pay the premiums and interest they should have. It's not like it's just one time at one institution. He did this over and over. If you count each stockholder the Trump organization defrauded it likely comes to thousands if not tens of thousands of people.

I didn’t know communists made a living out of bilking banks and contractors. Do tell.
The banks flat out said he didn’t dupe them and it was standard practice when authorizing loans. They testified to that under oath.
