It appears that both she and her boyfriend perjured themselves, him multiple times and if that alone isn’t grounds for a prosecutor to be removed from office I don’t know what is. But hey, lawyers are going to stick together.

I explained my prediction in a later post, it wasn’t much more than an educated guess. Not sure what you’re crying about.

Seriously, listen to it. Donald Trump in black face. She attacks continually in a way most witnesses likely wouldn’t be allowed to, seems to not understand what it means when they call her a hostile witness and proclaims how kind she’s being, and even implicated herself in additional crimes.

Rocking an Xr. It'll last about 10-15 minutes around 180 degrees and then I sit it outside the door until I'm done and listen to podcasts while I'm finishing up.

The best part was when she admitted to having cash from her previous campaign just laying around her home and that she paid it to her boyfriend for personal travel

She's amazingly combative from the beginning of her testimony, a few minutes in the prosecution mentions she's treating Fani as a "hostile witness" and she goes on a laughable tantrum about how nice she's not a hostile witness because "I am not a hostile witness. I very much want to be here".

ummm....how exactly did she graduate from law school. During her tantrum about how she's not hostile she even accuses the woman questioning her of opposing democracy...but hey...she's not hostile. Time stamp approx 5:40 until 5:54 in this video.

It only gets worse from there. While attempting to explain where the thousand's of dollars in cash she paid her boyfriend for fancy trips around the world (because if she didn't pay, it seems even more so like she gave him 600k so he could take her around the world) she seems to implicate herself in campaign fraud by saying she took money from her campaign and she left it laying around her house.

"Did you get the cash out of the ATM to pay him", "(shaking head no), I have cash in my house"

At some points she admits to paying her rent through Cashapp. But she denies ever paying Wade using Cashapp. Instead every penny she gave him was in the form of cash. She even said "ma'am I don't have checks"? Lol what?

Fani "The testimony of one witness is enough to prove a fact. Are you accusing me of lying to you? The proof is what I just told you".

At the time when she says she was paying him thousands of dollars in cash, she had a tax lien against her home for a little over 4,000. Time stamp approx 48:30 until 49:30 in this video.

According to the author of her bio (I believe that's what they're quoting) she was "broke in 2018".

Listen to her testimony. She's a complete joke. She doesn't know what a hostile witness is, claims her testimony makes something a fact, strangely brings up race constantly.

One of the stranger parts is when she says "I refuse to emasculate a black man", when referring to Mr. Wade. Could you imagine anyone white person making a similar statement without a tiki torch in their hands and a white hood one? "I refuse to emasculate a white man"...are you saying you'd be perfectly fit with mistreating other races?

The whole thing is absurd and bad. She's hoping the race card will get her off the hook on this one.
