I guess he could have sent the DOJ to get involved in a meeting and they stated "no". Then, he tried to appoint Jeffrey Clark, the Environmental DOJ, as head of the DOJ because he was a lackey and that lasted about a half of a day. So Trump was meddling and refusing to give up his kingdom. 61 lawsuits of which 60 were thrown out was not good enough.

As far as the NY case I could care less, but if the Banks knew he was taking an 11000 sq ft apartment and valuing it as a 30000 sq ft apartment then so be it. It is on them. Property Taxes are what they are.

If you're going to make inane comments about the judge's decisions being wrong, or claim that Trump didn't commit fraud, then you damn well better know the actual facts of the case and not just pop off. I am not obligated to read the ruling because I accept the fact that the judge analyzed the facts of the case. I also knew that Trump and his company acknowledged that they grossly overstated the size of their penthouse apartment in Trump Tower. You're obligated to factual justify your objections. I'm not because I simply accept the judge's analysis and conclusions. Big difference.
