If Trump is innocent and being persecuted as you believe, why the push so hard to assert immunity? Why did he claim in his truth social letter the day after the raid that the classified documents were "planted"? Why did he claim 2 weeks later he had declassified the documents by verbal and thought orders? Why did he LIE to the NA on multiple occasions that he didn't have the documents? Those events are well documented straight from his mouth. This isn't about Biden, regardless of his criminal activity.

I've never held an opinion other then it's a political attack, and for what was being emphasized by left wing sites wasnt the false statements its was the property values...but in the end it's a rarely used law that they had to go back past the SOL to get evidence...which is fine..and he deserves to be fined....that's an excessive amount and will get lowered...would you he sad if it get tossed on appeal??

I do agree it should be a fine only. That doesn't mitigate the comedic value of it strapping him cash wise

But it's not really...especially with TS stuff happening....what's really funny is that all this targeted prosecution is just helping Trumps chances of reelection...
Think about a the black community which is already trending higher for Trump then ever before, now has a kinship with a man who is targeted...
