The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

Exclusive–Former Employees Reveal Fani Willis’s Extreme DEI Training: Forced to Associate ‘White’ with ‘Bad’, Judges Ranked on Skin Color

View attachment 623469

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis subjected her employees to mandatory race training, forcing the entire office to rate “Black” or “White” skin colors as either “Good” or “Bad,” according to training slides and video exclusively obtained by Breitbart News.

“If you didn’t participate in the quiz, you got fired,” a source exclusively told Breitbart News about Willis’s policy.

Sources who shared the race training with Breitbart News wished to remain anonymous for fear of retribution due to their direct knowledge of the “corrupt” and “hostile work environment” inside the District Attorney’s Office.

Sources described the race training as a directive straight from Willis, “[who] injected racism [into the office] from the second she got hired.” Willis won election in 2020 and is up for reelection this November. In 2021, she began probing former President Donald Trump.

Dubbed an “implicit bias test,” a Harvard website generated the “diversity, equity, and inclusion” slides that made some sources feel ashamed of being white employees.

Flat out Brainwashing which creates an unmanageable workplace environment for the employees regardless of their race.
Definitely creates a lot friction and chaos.
Not much different than what Trump has done with the Nation, Democrats and Republicans.
Both are unfit for their jobs which doesn't make either innocent.
Politicians going to politic.

The Jan 6 case in Washington has been on hold since December—all pretrial deadlines were suspended pending resolution of immunity question. Chutkan vacated the March 4 trial date earlier this month.

In doing so, she indicated she would essentially roll back the clock and allow Trump to make up the time between December hold and SCOTUS opinion. So even if SCOTUS issues a decision in late May and upholds appellate court ruling denying immunity claims, that adds almost 6 months to trial schedule.

In short, the earliest a trial could begin in Washington with that timeframe would be late October. And considering a trial could go 2+ months, that means no conviction on this indictment before Election Day.

And VERY important—the week before, SCOTUS will hear oral arguments on 1512c2 appeal. That will give us some indication of how justices are leaning. If a majority sound skeptical as to DOJ’s application of 1512c2, it’s big trouble for Jack Smith’s DC indictment bc that count represents half of his J6 indictment against Trump. If SCOTUS reverses how DOJ has used 1512c2, hard to see how he keeps it in indictment. Then Will he go to trial in late October on two vague and flimsy conspiracy charges?

And what does this mean for classified documents trial in FLA? Big hearing in Judge Cannon’s courtroom on Friday. She’ll want an update as to status of DC trial—Jack Smith will have to admit it’s indefinitely postponed.

Will she then set a summer trial for Trump in FLA? Remember, Jack Smith wanted DC trial first bc it’ll be a certain conviction. Classified docs case is messy, Judge Cannon has no tolerance for DOJ’s bullsh*t, and the jury pool is far more favorable to Trump.

Can’t help but wonder if Jack Smith’s attempt to circumvent appellate court in immunity matter and ask SCOTUS to take it up immediately—a request the court quickly denied—pissed them off. Even though the appeal will be expedited at SCOTUS, they aren’t jumping at his snapped fingers #PoorJackSmith

Bottom line with SCOTUS order today and related timing issues. There is basically no chance a verdict will be reached in DC trial before Election Day.

We will see swift backlash from Democrats and the Weissmanns of the world against Merrick Garland and Jack Smith for waiting until summer 2023 to indict Trump. Enjoy!

You mean to tell there may not be a lynching. No way. Trump is a criminal and must be jailed for the good of the people, to make sure the United States of America and the world is safe for Democracy. Dang, I guess the bimbos and ChinaJoe better get busy.

Legal Scholars are extremely thankful for the Supreme Court’s Decision today to take up Presidential Immunity. Without Presidential Immunity, a President will not be able to properly function, or make decisions, in the best interest of the United States of America. Presidents will always be concerned, and even paralyzed, by the prospect of wrongful prosecution and retaliation after they leave office. This could actually lead to the extortion and blackmail of a President. The other side would say, “If you don’t do something, just the way we want it, we are going to go after you when you leave office, or perhaps even sooner.”

That is absolutely ridiculous .... Presidents are not above the law, and they are not immune from prosecution once they leave office. It's a completely self-serving argument, which he would never make for Joe Biden. What a clown.

Of course presidents are above the law. They ever prosecute Obama for executing citizens without due process? Bush ever have to go to the Hague over Iraq? Any US politician who plays the game is above the law

Trump has broken numerous laws. This article concerns the civil ruling against him in NY.

there was no fraud committed, there was no victim even the bank testified on trumps' behalf and said they would do business with him again. The only fraud is a judge who hated trump, who was already going to find him guilty before the trial ever started, who tried and undervalued trumps property in order to make a false indictment. This will all get thown out on appeal in a fair court with an honest judge.

Read the article. There was fraud committed and it was proven in court. I'm not someone you can gaslight. I know what the facts are. Trump used fraudulent financial statements to obtain bank loans.

Wonder what he's going to say when the court rules he doesn't have immunity.

Their hope hinges entirely upon running out the clock .... and Trump winning the election. There is a pathetic element to it. Guilt or innocence doesn't matter. This is the 4 corners Tar Hell offense, pre-shot clock.
