Interesting leap.

The idea of surgical sex re-assignment would have likely been a foreign concept to the Founders.

Though I do believe many would have likely come down on the side of Liberty, and been in favor of allowing legal adults the right to choose for themselves (provided they weren’t harming others).

Complete autonomy is not good. (See any big, dem run city.) Liberty, without an objective, moral standard does not end well.

Once that pretty important detail is determined what happens to those who don't believe in the chosen God? Do you force them to converr to the new, state-sanctioned religion?

Big dem run cities allow people to urinate on sidewalks or harrass citizens walking by.

however You have a point, I will clarify, a dem run city will most likely arrest a person (especially if white) for protecting a woman from being attacked By a minority. So in that perspective you are accurate. I would not have the autonomy as others might.

Im not saying we need theocracy at all. Having a moral standard in a society is way better for that society. In our current society, People would rather tolerate a black guy punching a female, than to discuss a moral standard.

Yes you are. You want a country whose liberty is limited by your biblical teachings. That would require it be run by people who share the belief in those teachings as being moral and correct. You eliminate the founding principles of this nation. Congrats, you're acting like a Muslim extremist now

Im not acting like a muslim extremist. I pointed out that having complete autonomy can be bad and we're seeing the effects in our society. I said that having a moral standard is better for society.

At one point in our society we had many leaders that shared those teachings and moral standards. Compare then to now, the results speaks for themselves. Like i say, people would rather allow innocent women to be assaulted than have a moral standard.
