Mostly speaking generally. The law has developed in a way that allows a lot of unfairness to be tolerated under the pretext of not wanting to inhibit judicial or prosecutorial discretion.
The specific example was that not disqualifying Biden campaign volunteers for cause. It is almost certainly not mandatory, without more; but it seems like a reasonable precaution if we’re seeking a fair trial rather than just a result that won’t get overturned.
Getting a fair and impartial jury for any case around Trump is going to be impossible.
Careful, you may get crotch splinters riding that fence Mr. Uniparty. If it wasn't rigged, Trump would not have that argument or voice.
Change of Venue would/could just rigged in another direction.
Fair Trial, no in any Venue.
Facts, unusual as they seem, petty, don't really matter to some.
Jury selection and opinions are just the SideShow.
The trial is going to happen and Trump will use it at his benefit. Win or lose.
In fact, it is working well in the media. Cut through all the outside mess and it is what it is. A Clown show on both parts. Somebody will lose, Somebody will win and whoever loses will have a stupid misdirected voice.
Focus on the facts, there are enough idiotic voices on both sides that want voters to believe in the lies both sides are telling.
The saga continues.
Three choices. Right, Wrong, and indecisive. The last one is the worst due to the vacillating back and forth with no foundation.considering you only have three choices --- Liberal Moderate or Half baked Trump/Republican, it's not a great place to be but beats the extremes everytime. Be careful of the kool aid both parties are selling.
Or be a Democrat. If you don't like it, the solution is simple: don't cheat on your wife with a porn start and cook the books to cover it up. Problem solved.
Trump would have to go to Mongolia or some remote island in the Pacific to get an impartial jury.Yeah, Trump won't get a fully impartial jury anywhere in the country (it goes both ways).
Fact is, many people of color don't get fully impartial juries either.
Ultimately though, this will still be decided on the merits of the case. Trump just has a little less room for error than if this was held in another jurisdiction.
That’s some top shelf whining. Stop being a pansy and blaming everyone but the person who actually deserves the blame for their actions. Grow a spine.Or be a Democrat.
Paula Jones and her $850,000 hush money payout says hi. But I guess THAT wasn't a crime.
If you Socialists didn't have double standards, you wouldn't have any standards at all.
