He can explain FEC rules, etc but since he can't opine on why the Feds passed on pursuing legally since he doesn't have knowledge of all facts.

If anything is becoming clear, Trump does have a different set of rules he gets to live by that the rest of us don't. We'd all be in jail if we trashed the courts, judges and families and violated gag orders.
