The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

I don't pay to much attention to LG explanations. This is a political game of checkers and chess. Smith filing is just trying to trip up Cannon to get her removed, nothing more, nothing less, and nothing else. The document case is dead in the water and might as well move the process a long. Dropping depth charges to see what floats to the top so no explanation is needed.
So we have a judge in the documents case that appears sympathetic to the Trump defense.
And we have a judge in the hush money case that appears sympathetic to the Trump prosecution.

Yet you only seem interested in the political gamesmanship surrounding the documents judge.

Why is that?

Cannon is both a gangster dupe and a completely incompetent judge who has a case--and a big one--that she refuses to move along. Her job is to make rulings and proceed with the case so that a jury can decided on the merits of the charges--but it's all seems too much or too complex for her, and many sense that she's not eager to proceed with the case--in which case she should most definitely be removed. She's shown repeatedly that, in that conservative way, she's a lightweight. She's a judicial Mike Pompeo---who was a total embarrassment as CIA director and Sec. of State: completely unqualified, a dumb ideologue who didn't even know how to dress properly.

I understand your necessity to insinuate filthiness. I understand your self-delusion that this has any running importance whatsoever in the race. I understand...this as well...

You attack like a rabid Muppet on crack. It's in your red blood. which translates to you have zero credibility. Among clear thinking adults. It's clear as a bright summer day why you get the treatment you get almost every time you post. You foist the most ludicrous, self contradictory arguments I've ever seen anyone even attempt in my entire life, then try and defend them. It's possible you are absolutely insane. Obsessed.

I'm not the professional that you may need.

Post on.
Someone frame this as this is freaking hilarious!

I don't know that the hush-money judge has been sympathetic to the prosecution. I haven't heard any court-watchers/experts say that. Judges make lots of rulings, and one would have to analyze them in totality---and let's see what his jury instructions are. What he has done is //proceeded with the case/// so that the jury can make its decisions. That is a judge's first and primary job. You don't just sit and make no decisions for month after month after month. So say what you want about Mercan, he's a competent judge--he's proceeded with the case. Cannon--who had virtually no trial experience before being appointed a federal judge--has shown herself to be completely incompetent. Make decisions--that is first and foremost your job. The one thing she did do was called crazy by legal experts--offer up the possibility that the jury be offered to different versions of the law in the case--a big sign that she's a trump sympathizer. Her husband has been a trump donor, according to reports. All trump's attorneys have done in all of these cases is try to stall, stall, stall....Cannon is the one judge who is on board in a big way with stalling and doing nothing.

In fact, the documents case should be open and shut--a slam dunk for the prosecution. There is a ton of evidence that the gangster broke laws. It's obvious. All the idiot can argue is that he was entitled to the documents--but the law says otherwise, and the government said otherwise during the more than 1 year period when the repeatedly asked the lowlife to return the classified documents.

Ask yourself this: Why did Trump even want to keep the documents? He doesn't even read! He does not read--which is one thing he has in common with the Earls! I think he kept the documents because they made him feel important: there is the audiotape of him talking to some Mar-a-Lago staffer about one of the documents--he's basically bragging about it as if he's some 13-year-old boy who's found a Playboy magazine in his Dad's room. And that is trump--a man who's never matured beyond the 13-year-old bully. He also wouldn't surprise me AT ALL if he didn't already share some of the information with his love interest and master--Vlad Putin. He is very capable of doing that--probably wants to to impress Putin. Behind all his endless lies and ******** the gangster is a VERY insecure, sick man.

Pretty much any non biased observer realizes Merchan has helped the prosecution...

The documents case should have been open and shut if it weren’t for Smith, he is either incompetent or corrupt. Both would explain his poor record on obtaining convictions that stand up to appeal.

Well of course you would see nothing wrong with Merchan, and only find fault with Cannon.

Anyone less than 3 standard deviations from the mean can see them both quite clearly.

Turbo missed a tremendous opportunity to introduce gangster disciple here. Pity.

There are too many outcomes whereby the federal courts don't have to put their own cache on the line that there's no way they intervene in any time line that matters.

Trump could be acquitted.

There could be a hung jury.

He could be convicted but win on appeal two years from now.

He could win the election and stay everything while in office.

He could lose the election and no longer care to spend millions on this.

It’s a state court and the federal courts shouldn’t get involved until the state appeals process has been exhausted.

I think the State Court of Appeals in New York is called Supreme Court (yes it is wonky). I think that maybe what he is referring to but could be off.
