The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

Sentencing is July 11th.

Place your bets.

To me, this is largely a financial crime albeit arguably affecting a Presidential election. Regardless, should not result in any actual prison time... Just financial penalties and probation IMO.

Trump's more heinous offenses lie in the future. The Georgia election interference, for example, if it ever goes to trial - is an entirely different story.

This ruling today only strengthened trump if not guaranteeing him the presidency
The man’s teflon

I also thought all dems were supportive of criminals. Guess your still hypocrites if you don’t support trump now

I'm an independent. I couldn't vote for Trump after January 6th... Much like my better half who voted for him twice.

Biden won. The end. Trump tried to overturn the results.

Anyone who supports him now deserves to live in an autocracy... Not our country.
Your such a hypocrite
They literally stopped counting with trump
Gaining
I guess it’s ok of Biden does it though

Ok hypercritical might be a little much but to act like Biden is such a better person then trump is plain stupid and to thinks the dems are more upstanding candidates then the republicans is pure stupidity also

This will absolutely help Trump. Even intelligent Trump hating democrats know this is nothing more than a kangaroo court and political persecution. Those democrats may not vote for Trump but they may sit it out.

It keeps Trump from re-litigating the 2020 election.....That is a huge plus for Trump in swing states

Yes, he will. Which is my point.

He's better off downplaying it and giving the impression he is not worried about it because he will win on appeal. Making your rallying cry "I got convicted on 34 felonies (but its not fair!)" is not good messaging.

Just go back to bashing Biden and the economy and let the Fox minions wring their hands for you.
Why would he downplay it? His best bet is “if they can do this to me what do you think they will do to you” beat that drum as hard as he can. You know this, you’re not dumb.

There were 408 individual decisions this jury had to make. Every juror was convinced that every charge was proven beyond reasonable doubt. This was not something that was done to Trump this is something that Trump did to himself.

As quickly as they returned their verdict it’s almost like they had their minds made up before the trial started.
