But there is a gray area with a President and declassifying.... I think that is where the issue is at, what can a Pres declassify, how can he, who when where what
I agree he should have had them in boxes ready to surrender them.
Biden and Trump aren't the only ones, who else has these documents that do not need them nor have the clearances to even possess them, that whole **** show needs mopped up.
Hopefully Donny hires you as his attorney in the unlikely event Cannon allows this to go to trial.Trump was the Executive. The Executive holds all power relating to classification. All documents he left with, he is supposed to have.
Now, one could argue in the court of public opinion how irresponsible Trump may have been in taking certain documents and how irresponsible it would be to elect him again, but it isnt a crime for the Executive to take documents when he is President.
Trump has been above the law until his shenanigans landed him in front of a jury.
I get it though, nothing is ever his fault. He's a saint.
What you guys keep failing to grasp is that even though he was targeted (absolutely was) he still broke the law. The former doesn't absolve the latter.
Let that sink in.
No, it was all about drumming up felonies out of a crime that never happened.Just because people can tweet doesn't mean that they should....
This was never about if the fees were entered into the right account on the ledger...it was all about creating a false paper trail for activity that never actually happened....
He can declassify, if he follows the right procedure for the right documents……..that is the gray area. It's not a gray area. The docs weren't declassified and Trump knew it. He muddied the waters by suggesting he could do whatever he wanted, whenever he wanted. It's black and white and rational people aren't giving the POTUS super powers.
Cool, still voting for him. Better than the veggie in there now. It's not a gray area. The docs weren't declassified and Trump knew it. He didn't declassify the docs he had. It's not a gray area, I think he even admitted to that.He can declassify, if he follows the right procedure for the right documents……..that is the gray area.
Biden could could not declassify….. he was never POTUS.

I’ve googled the chit out of it and I can’t find any procedures a president must follow to declassify information. I know we have an expert (I think he was a double naught spy or something) on the subject lurking around here that claims the president must get approval from a committee or something but refuses to post anything backing it up.
True storyIt's not Rocky against you. It's Rocky against SDV.
Either way the world has one less attorney so it's a win for society.
