The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

The last battlefield for the Left is SCOTUS (they hold every other Federal field). They are hoping for that fight. SCOTUS giving Trump immunity or stepping in the middle of one of these cases and they will mobilize their protesters in force. They will howl corruption and once again call for the Court to be reformed.

Putin give Mr. Western Death Cult permission to post in other threads today?

The GOP is all about law and order, or so they claim. Yet support Trump's trampling the law. Such hypocrites.

What law? Bragg's legal theory in this case is at best, a huge stretch and leap of faith. Who else, in NYC, has been similarly prosecuted by applying Bragg's novel legal theory in this case?

You do you. America loses no matter who wins.
I can deal with low gas prices and mean tweets unlike you who never criticizes the dumbass in office. You may claim you criticize Veggie slo Joe, but your butthurt of Trump is more obvious. Hell, you probably voted for Hillary too but won’t admit, I wouldn’t either. But muh Trump, it’s all you got.

The rule of law also includes the right to appeal. Let’s wait and see how this whole thing plays out.
It isn't just the Storm-girl case, Trumpie has broken quite a few laws. Refusal to return national security documents, and lying about having complied. Ran a Trump University scam, bilking folks out of their money, tax fraud, and more. The issue isn't whether he can appeal or not. The issue is the GOP defending him despite these breaches of trust, and contempt for the law. Which means the GOP is as guilty as he is because they're not upholding their own oath of office by sanctioning Trump's illegal activities.

There should be some penalty or consequences for judges who get overturned on appeal. It might reduce junk like this. The Judge wouldn’t be so cavalier about making reversible errors from the bench if he knew there were some actual consequences
Doesn’t even have to be directly punitive. Maybe just a point system where you gain points for being upheld and lose points for being overturned. Then when you are nominated for a higher court, those scores can be considered in the decision.
Sort of like a “judicial ERA”. Heck we can even have trading cards 😂

They will corrupt your system and give extra points for political persecutions.

Just wondering if any of y’all were on trial that had a judge that hated you, and for the prosecution. Had the DA office that campaigned if they won, they’d take you down. How many of you would think you were gonna have a fair trial?

Never heard a peep out of the left when the the liberals controlled the SCOTUS.
