The (many) indictments of Donald Trump

I'm quite sure the government wouldn't have spent a year politely asking the gangster to return the documents if officials thought he was entitled to keep them. Trump thought he was above the law; he wasn't, and he rightly got charged--even if all the experts from the Earl School of Law have their own opinions, ha, ha. The guy has been a transparent, law-breaking mobster for 40 years and the rubes want to pretend everyone else is the problem.

Yet another example of a corrupt man who thought he could do anything. WRONG. I wonder what he was going to do with the documents? Brag about having them like the immature schoolboy he is? He's actually on tape doing just that with a female staffer. Give some of them to Putin War Criminal in exchange for Putin allowing the gangster to build a hotel in Moscow--or just drop down on his knees? The clown doesn't even read.

The “government” sent people to his residence to catalog and inventory the documents. He returned several bases of documents and the team that went to inventory what he had only requested what he kept stay under lock and key. Then the NA demanded he return everything and he basically said F you what I have I‘m entitled to retain but even then he returned certain documents they specifically requested.

I know that facts aren’t you‘re thing and you rely on what MSNBC tells you but it’s all out there for you to research.

So why did Trump put out a letter the next day on his social media outlet that the documents were planted? Then within 2 weeks he was claiming the documents had been declassified for various reasons: that he could declassify by thought, declassify by telling a member of his staff it was declassified and then asserting executive privilege😁😁 That's all on the record straight out of his mouth

I don’t know about NARA coming and cataloguing anything and telling him he could keep the rest. I don’t remember hearing that before.

The indictment says he went through the 15 boxes he turned over by himself before giving them back.

His planted claim came after the raid.

I never read that but I don't peruse anything but this forum and occasionally, Facebook. I read the WSJ and The Economist. I watch Trump speak on occasion, especially when he was POTUS

This is the indictment timeline in news article form.

You goofs have spent, what, 7 years either ignoring or pathetically trying to excuse the rampant and transparent rule-breaking, lawbreaking and corruption of a gangster--and made fools of yourselves in the process. His abuse of power with Zelensky, the nepotism, the profiting off of the presidency, his Cabinet amateurs and crazies, the bungled Covid response, and much more. You embarrassed yourselves for months straining to support his obvious election lies; you showed what lame hypocrites and stooges you were in response to Jan. 6.

Two impeachments, a conviction for major bank fraud; twice ruled liable for defamation and adjudicated by a judge to have sexually assaulted Jean Carroll, the documents case--and more. Here is a president on audiotape trying to engineer a coup--demanding that the top election official in Georgia commit felony vote fraud and find him 8,000 votes; a man who is responsible for the deaths of Capitol police officers--and STILL, and STILL, you rubes want to pretend that he's not a gangster but rather a fine, misunderstood fellow who should be president again. Seriously, you've lost your ethical balls and, with them, your brains. I'm embarrassed for you guys---a group of once and forever EARLS.

You are corrected almost daily bc you are fooled by the internet. You are the biggest fool here. None of the other liberals suffer from this. You are a Earl.

Hopefully Donny hires you as his attorney in the unlikely event Cannon allows this to go to trial.

You seem to know what legal scholars don't.

Legal scholars know this too, but their Trump hatred blinds them. All one has to do is review the Clinton sock drawer case.
