Reading between the lines... the prosecutor thinks it's intimidation, Batey's defense attorney agrees with the prosecutor that someone may have intentionally leaked this and wants his client tried separately from Vandenburg, and Banks' defense attorney is highly concerned about it.
Vandenburg's attorney? Well... he calls it 'bizarre' and says "What has been put out recently suggests that no crime occurred at all, and to suggest any defendant has been prejudiced by that is ridiculous."
Gee, let's guess which one is most likely behind this little maneuver.
